Medica HealthCare Plans MedicareMax Plus is a dual-eligible Special Needs Plan (SNP) designed to provide intensive case management services to the entire membership according to our Model of Care. Training on the Medica HealthCare Plans model of care can be found here.
Per our contract with the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), Medica HealthCare Plans MedicareMax Plus coordinates both Medicare and Medicaid services for the SNP members. No SNP member shall be billed or held responsible for charges or deductibles that are the responsibility of the Medicaid State Plan.
